Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for banking and finance positions, from job briefing to offer and onboarding
Source and attract qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and networking
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ technical and behavioral competencies
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and timelines
Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and manage candidate experience throughout the process
Prepare and present shortlists with clear evaluation and recommendations
Support offer
management, salary negotiations, and closing candidates
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports (pipelines, time-to-hire, hiring metrics)
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future banking & finance roles
Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field
3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in banking, finance, or financial services
Strong understanding of banking products, financial roles, and regulatory environments
Experience recruiting mid to senior-level professionals is a plus.
