Job Title : Support Engineer (ODSP – OneDrive & SharePoint) 

Location: Egypt, Cairo.

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 09:00AM – 18:00PM.

Work Model: Hybrid.

About the Role:

Provide expert-level technical support for OneDrive and SharePoint (ODSP) within Microsoft 365 services.

Ensure high-quality resolution of complex technical issues for enterprise customers, partners, and field engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex computer systems, software, and network issues.

Collaborate across teams to improve products, resolve bugs, and automate processes.

Escalate highly complex cases or serve as the escalation point.

Participate in ongoing training and readiness programs.

Preferred Attributes:

Passion for customer experience and continuous improvement.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
