 Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. Key day-to-day tasks include

conducting property showings, negotiating deals on behalf of clients, cultivating a client base, analyzing market trends, and providing outstanding customer service. The agent will ensure seamless transactions and maintain a high standard of professionalism.

 Qualifications

A valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of real property laws and regulations

Proficiency in sales techniques and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market

Strong skills in customer service and relationship-building to provide exceptional client experiences

Prior experience or knowledge within the real estate industry is highly advantageous

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
