Hands of Hope is expanding, and we’re looking for a skilled Technical Support Agent to support our growing healthcare and pain management operations. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a structured environment and enjoy working with systems, data, and cross-functional teams.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing
Insurance Eligibility & Benefits Verification
- Verify patient insurance coverage before appointments (PPO, HMO, Medicare/Medicaid, Workers’ Comp, No-Fault, etc.).
- Confirm copays, deductibles, visit limits, and plan requirements.
- Accurately document benefits in EMR systems.
Authorization & Follow-Up
- Obtain and follow up on treatment authorizations to prevent care delays.
- Track approvals, expiration dates, and visit limits.
- Communicate authorization updates with providers, schedulers, and admin teams.
Systems & Data Accuracy
- Work daily with EMR systems, insurance portals, and internal trackers.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation in compliance with audit standards.
Provider Schedule Support
- Coordinate with LPL to build and optimize providers’ schedules.
- Ensure schedules are aligned across EMR platforms.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Strong technical, administrative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with EMR systems, insurance verification, or healthcare operations is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Positive attitude with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Maadi.
