Job Description

Supervise and manage on-site civil works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
Ensure execution works are carried out as per the project schedule and quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
Monitor daily site activities and prepare progress reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on site.
Identify and resolve technical issues during construction.
Coordinate with consultants and project management for inspections and approvals.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience in site execution for civil or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
