Job Description

Design, implement, and maintain the firm’s IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security for all systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor system performance, conduct regular backups, and implement disaster recovery procedures.
Collaborate with legal professionals to understand technology needs and deliver tailored IT solutions.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, and network devices.
Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed, including regular updates, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
Support the integration of legal technology tools and case management systems to enhance workflow efficiency.
Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and compliance.
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to optimize the firm’s IT environment.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT engineering or a similar technical role.
Proven experience with network administration, server management, and IT security.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Familiarity with legal technology platforms and case management systems is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to support non-technical users.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Experience with cloud services, virtualization, and remote access solutions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to stay updated with the latest IT trends and security protocols.
