Job Description
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate product placement.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain optimal stock
- availability.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product displays, gather market intelligence, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product promotion and improvement.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best terms for product displays and promotions.
- Prepare detailed reports on merchandising activities, sales performance, and competitor analysis.
- Train and guide junior staff on merchandising best practices and company policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners to enhance brand presence and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
