🧩 About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Lead to audit and restructure an existing digital platform and rebuild critical components on a cleaner, scalable architecture.
This is not a maintenance role — it is a structured rebuild with strong ownership and architectural leadership.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
1) Architecture & Planning
- Audit current systems across backend, frontend, and mobile
- Identify legacy issues, technical debt, and scalability risks
- Define a unified architecture and communication patterns across layers
- Evaluate search/indexing implementation (e.g., Solr) and improve the strategy
2) Technical Leadership
- Establish coding standards, API contracts, and deployment workflows
- Mentor developers and support hiring/interviewing
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI to ensure flows align with backend logic
- Plan phased refactoring/replatforming with minimal disruption
3) System Development & Quality
- Architect a robust backend (Laravel)
- Design and maintain secure, scalable APIs for web and mobile
- Oversee Vue.js frontend integration with backend services
- Lead deep diagnostics: code inspection, profiling, API trace debugging
- Resolve performance bottlenecks and introduce quality gates and CI/CD best practices
✅ Required Skills (Must-Have)
- 5–8 years of professional software development experience
- 2–3 years in a Technical Lead / Team Lead role
- Strong expertise in Laravel (or equivalent PHP frameworks)
- Solid understanding of Vue.js frontend architecture
- Experience interfacing native mobile apps (Android/iOS) with custom APIs
- Knowledge of JWT/OAuth, multi-tenant environments, and API versioning
- Proven success in refactoring or rebuilding existing platforms
- Exposure to Apache Solr or similar search-indexing systems

- CI/CD setup experience
- Familiarity with ERP or enterprise data flows
- Basic DevOps (Linux hosting, deployment automation)
