Job description

ICCD is looking for an R&D researcher who is will mainly contribute to the Research and Development Unit which is the think tank of the chamber. The candidate will be participating in producing research papers and producing economic reports that have deep analysis to be presented to the policy makers in ICCD's member countries regarding the financial, micro and macro economic structure in addition to the development indicators.

Roles:

Contributing to the research papers produced by the Unit.

Providing deep and innovative analysis to the research topics.

Participating in developing workshops content and material.

Requirements:

Strong background and understanding of Economics, including but not limited to Macro & Micro Economic theories , Econometrics , International Economics , Economic Development.

 Have participated or wrote research papers

Able to interpret sophisticated economic analysis and rewrite it in an appealing style for non economic background professionals

Excellent presentation skills

Experience in using statistical packages is a plus

Experience in using Microsoft-office

Excellent English language.
