Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Community & Operations Manager. The Community & Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure seamless communication and collaboration within the community, and provide administrative support. Responsibilities include managing community engagement, coordinating events, optimizing operational processes, and driving key organizational initiatives. The individual will work closely with diverse teams to foster a connected and impactful community.

- Strong community management and engagement skills, including building relationships and fostering collaboration
- Organizational and operational skills for managing events, streamlining workflows, and optimizing processes
- Experience in project management and team coordination
- Written and verbal communication skills for effective outreach and messaging
- Flexibility to work remotely and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Passion for community building and an understanding of cultural and spiritual values within the Muslim community
- Previous experience in non-profit, tech, or community-focused roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communicatio
