Your mission
As HSE Officer in our Transmission & Distribution department, you will ensure compliance with HSE policies and rules established by OETC. You will implement and update procedures, controls, and measures, advise on applicable legislation, and monitor compliance. Your role includes managing HSE performance, conducting audits, supporting training programs, and promoting a strong safety culture across projects.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with OETC HSE policies and update procedures where necessary.
- Advise on all applicable HSE legislation and monitor compliance.
- Manage HSE activities in line with company objectives.
- Coordinate and perform internal audits and inspections as required.
- Support audit preparation, validate reports, and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in managing HSE training programs within the entity.
- Promote tools and methods for H&S training programs.
- Collate monthly HSE statistics and monitor performance for improvement.
- Develop health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure regulatory compliance and safe environments.
