Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Environment Health Safety Engineer, located in Cairo, Egypt, with some work-from-home flexibility. The individual will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring health and safety compliance, conducting risk assessments, implementing safety programs, and providing training. Additional responsibilities include developing and updating HSE policies, conducting site inspections, and working with various departments to enhance overall safety performance.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS)
- Experience in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering
- Proficiency in providing and developing HSE Training programs
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both on-site and remotely as needed
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Certifications in relevant HSE fields are an advantage
