Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacy Manager located in Giza. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily operations of the pharmacy, including managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing exceptional customer service. Other responsibilities include monitoring

prescription processing, ensuring accurate dispensing, and maintaining excellent collaboration with healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, including mentoring, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Proficiency in prescription processing, medication dispensing, and maintaining accuracy in records

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers, staff, and medical professionals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing patient safety and service quality
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (PharmD or equivalent) and a valid pharmacy license
• Previous experience in pharmacy management is preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with pharmacy software and technology tools is a plus
