Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for an Insurance Representative. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the Insurance Representative is expected to expand the client base through effective insurance sales, maintain an understanding of insurance products, process claims, and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally. The role requires collaboration with various insurance providers to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Strong knowledge of Finance and financial products related to insurance
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
- Proven organizational and multitasking skills to handle client needs efficiently
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
