Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles including software development, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, data, and infrastructure.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring timelines.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection processes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and recruitment reports.
• Ensure compliance with GCC labor laws and support nationalization initiatives (Emiratization, Saudization, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
• 3–6 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in the GCC.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English fluency required.
