MawaredHR is looking for a creative bilingual Content Writer who can craft compelling content in Arabic and English, ideate engaging concepts, and manage social media platforms end-to-end.
Responsibilities:
- Write high-quality content in Arabic and English (posts, captions, scripts, ads, blogs).
- Ideate creative content ideas aligned with brand tone and marketing goals.
- Manage social media platforms (planning, posting, optimization, and engagement).
- Develop content calendars and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Adapt content to different formats and platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.).
- Stay updated on content, social media, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in content writing and social media management.
- Strong ideation and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of social media best practices and platform dynamics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in HR, SaaS, or B2B content is a plus.
- Samples of written content are mandatory.
