Job Description

• Supervise and oversee all on-site electrical installation activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to guide installation and troubleshooting.
• Monitor project progress, prepare daily and weekly site reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues or discrepancies encountered during installation and commissioning.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with local regulations, codes, and safety protocols.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors and site labor to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Participate in site meetings, progress reviews, and safety

• briefings as required.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes for completed electrical systems.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an Electrical Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and relevant codes and standards.
• Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in using engineering software and MS Office applications.
• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
