Job Description

• Develop and implement HSE plans, strategies, policies and procedures in the workplace.
• Solve any problems promptly in align with HSE procedures.
• Implement and communicate all environmental, health and safety programs for the Organization.
• Perform safety inspections and prepare written reports of findings and recommendations for corrective and preventative actions.
• Ensure compliance with timely reporting and statistics as required by health safety regulations.
• Identify the hazards and perform an effective risk assessment to control potential hazards.
• Investigate incidents to determine their root causes and develop a corrective action plan to avoid their recurrence.
• Create and lead the safety committee to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement a work permit system, including the creation of necessary procedures and documentation.
• Ensure compliance of the fire systems maintenance standard operating procedures to guarantee its efficiency.
• Manage emergency situations effectively to prevent fatalities and injuries in the workplace.
• Conduct internal safety training for health and safety matters and accident prevention to increase staff awareness of HSE regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent with additional professional qualifications in HSE and Fire & Safety Management Systems.
• English proficiency is required.
• HSE Specialist Certificate.
• OSHA General Certificate.
• Civil Defense Training.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles in manufacturing sector.
