 Role Description

Prepare and submit interim and final payment Invoices.

 • Follow up site progress and issue regular progress reports.

 • Review, prepare, and coordinate shop drawings with site and consultants.

 • Prepare and update as-built drawings based on site execution.

 • Coordinate with site engineers to ensure quantities and drawings match actual work.

 Qualifications

 • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

 • 0-2 years of experience as a QS / Technical Office Engineer.

 • Strong experience in quantity surveying, payment certificates, and site progress follow-up.

 • Good knowledge of shop drawings and as-built drawings.

 • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.

 • Good understanding of construction methods and materials.

Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other StakeHolders.للتقديم الان
