Hands of Hope is expanding, and we’re looking for a skilled Technical Support Agent to support our growing healthcare and pain management operations. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a structured environment and enjoy working with systems, data, and cross-functional teams.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing

Insurance Eligibility & Benefits Verification

Verify patient insurance coverage before appointments (PPO, HMO, Medicare/Medicaid, Workers’ Comp, No-Fault, etc.).

Confirm copays, deductibles, visit limits, and plan requirements.

Accurately document benefits in EMR systems.

Authorization & Follow-Up

Obtain and follow up on treatment authorizations to prevent care delays.

Track approvals, expiration dates, and visit limits.

Communicate authorization updates with providers, schedulers, and admin teams.

Systems & Data Accuracy

Work daily with EMR systems, insurance portals, and internal trackers.

Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation in compliance with audit standards.

Provider Schedule Support

Coordinate with LPL to build and optimize providers’ schedules.

Ensure schedules are aligned across EMR platforms.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).

Strong technical, administrative, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with EMR systems, insurance verification, or healthcare operations is a plus.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.

Positive attitude with a strong customer-service mindset.

Ability to work full-time on-site in Maadi.
