Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a cooperative attitude with the team.
This contributes to increasing branch sales by monitoring achievements against monthly targets and comparing performance with the same period last year.
Comply with official working hours and company uniform policy.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization at all times.
Ensure zero government violations by adhering to all operational guidelines.
Monitor and minimize customer complaints by providing quality service.
