Job Description
- Develop and manage detailed BIM models for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other engineering models.
- Coordinate and lead BIM workflows throughout all project phases, from concept to construction
- documentation.
- Ensure adherence to BIM standards, protocols, and best practices across all project deliverables.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within BIM models to optimize design efficiency.
- Prepare and present BIM models and visualizations to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and records of BIM processes and project progress.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and methodologies.
- Participate in design review meetings and contribute innovative solutions to complex architectural challenges.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in architectural design with a strong focus on BIM.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related tools.
- Demonstrated experience managing BIM models for large-scale architectural projects.
- Solid understanding of architectural design principles, construction processes, and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work full-time in an on-site office environment.
- Experience in coordinating with external consultants and contractors.
- Familiarity with international BIM standards and protocols.
