Job Description: Senior Designer - Exhibition Booths

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer to lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation oversight of innovative exhibition booths and trade show displays. The ideal candidate will

combine creative excellence with strong project management skills to ensure seamless execution from initial concept through final installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creative Leadership:

• Develop compelling booth concepts that align with the client's brief, brand identity, and marketing objectives
• Create comprehensive design presentations including 3D renderings, floor plans, and technical specifications
• Stay current with exhibition design trends, materials, and emerging technologies

Implementation & Project Management:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept approval through installation completion
• Coordinate with

• production teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure design integrity
• Conduct regular site visits during fabrication and installation phases
• Troubleshoot design challenges and provide real-time solutions during build-out
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with venue regulations, safety standards, and technical requirements
