Perform 3D laser scanning on construction and infrastructure sites to capture existing conditions and as-built data.

Process and register point cloud data and integrate it into BIM/CAD platforms to support design, coordination, and asset management.

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute 3D laser scanning missions on site, ensuring coverage, accuracy, and compliance with project scope and safety requirements.

Operate terrestrial laser scanning and reality-capture equipment to collect high‑precision data.

Register, clean, and align scans; manage point cloud datasets using dedicated point cloud processing tools.

Coordinate with survey, BIM, and design teams to define scanning requirements and deliver usable datasets for scan‑to‑BIM and clash coordination.

Integrate point clouds into design and coordination models for modeling and verification of as‑built conditions.

Perform QA/QC checks on collected data to verify accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project control and specifications.

Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laser scanning equipment; manage data backup, storage, and documentation of field activities.

Prepare technical reports, layouts, and visualizations from point cloud data to support engineers, contractors, and client reviews
