The Opportunity
We are scaling internationally and looking for a Business Development Executive who can identify opportunities, open doors, and close high-value outsourcing and CX solutions deals.

💰 Compensation Structure
First 3 Months: High commission-based earnings (uncapped)
After Successful Probation:
✔️ Attractive net salary

What You’ll Own
New business development and lead generation
Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
Presenting Telepathy’s CX and outsourcing solutions to international clients
Closing deals and managing client relationships post-sale
Working independently to exceed revenue targets
Whom We’re Looking For
Proven expertise in New Business Development & Lead Generation
Strong business acumen and account management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in sales strategy and relationship management
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
