Costing Operations: Maintain and update product cost structures, validate production orders, analyze manufacturing variances, and support new product costing.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock movements, reconcile inventory transactions, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate stock valuation in the ERP system.
Stock Counts & Audits: Lead periodic physical stock counts, analyze results, and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly cost reports, inventory aging summaries, and KPIs to support management decisions.
Compliance: Uphold internal controls, SOPs, and audit readiness
across costing and inventory processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement, and Finance teams to improve processes and accuracy.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in cost accounting and inventory control.
Experience in F&B or FMCG industries is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics, SAP, Oracle).
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, modeling).
Understanding of IFRS related to inventory and cost of sales.
