Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience
• Proficiency in providing Customer Support and efficiently solving customer inquiries
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service software
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
• Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus
• Proficiency level of English from B1+/B2
