Responsibilities:

1- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on offline events, meetups, and industry conferences.

2 - Plan and manage crypto-related events, including partnerships, sponsorships, and speaker engagements.

3 -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with brand strategy and business goals.

4 -Identify key community and influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness and adoption.

5 -Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on insights.

6 - Stay updated with crypto trends and industry events to ensure campaigns remain relevant and impactful.

7 - Provide detailed examples of event preparation from previous roles during the interview process to demonstrate your ability to handle unexpected challenges and your attention to detail.

Requirements:

1 - 3+ years of experience in campaign management, event planning, or marketing.

2 - Passion for crypto, blockchain, and Web3; prior experience in the industry is a plus.

3 - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

4 - Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese is a plus

5 - Proven experience in organizing offline events and working with conference/community partners.

6 - Ability to adapt calmly under pressure and manage unexpected situations effectively, and stay positive.

7 - Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies
