Role Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in Egypt. The selected candidate will manage customer inquiries, resolve
complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include providing assistance via phone and other communication channels, maintaining professionalism and effective communication, and addressing customer concerns promptly and accurately. The role requires a proactive attitude to enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service processes
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience management
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and ability to communicate professionally
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Fluency in English and/or Arabic is preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
