Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Representative based in Qesm El Maadi, with the flexibility of some work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include fostering relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, promoting suitable life and takaful insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves guiding clients through purchasing policies, providing excellent customer service, and addressing any inquiries about insurance plans.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance Sales and a solid understanding of insurance products
- Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to build strong client relationships
- Knowledge of Insurance Brokerage and working within insurance frameworks
- Proven Sales expertise with ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in the life insurance or takaful industry is an advantage
