Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Alexandria, Egypt. The role includes managing day-to-day HR tasks, such as designing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. The candidate will also liaise with management and staff to ensure compliance with HR regulations and contribute to a positive work environment. Some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and HR Policies
• Experience with Employee Benefits programs and related administrative processes
• Proficiency in Personnel Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams
• Ability to work independently and within flexible working arrangements
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards is a plus
