Role Description
This is
a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Telesales professional. The Telesales representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, delivering excellent customer service, managing customer inquiries, and identifying sales opportunities. Additional tasks include maintaining customer records, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with team members to enhance the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Sales processes and engaging effectively with clients
- Ability to learn and apply product knowledge through effective Training
- Proficiency in using relevant software or CRM tools is an advantage
- Previous experience in a telesales or customer-facing role is preferred
