Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Zamalek, Cairo, for a Bancassurance Specialist. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships within assigned bank branches, consulting with clients to understand their financial and insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions. The Bancassurance Specialist will also coordinate with bank staff, conduct financial assessments, provide product training, and ensure sales targets are met while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including negotiation, communication, and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of insurance products, financial planning, and market trends.
- Professionalism in handling client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with bank staff and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in banking or insurance is advantageous.
