Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson located in Markaz El Zaqaziq, with some flexibility for remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with retail merchants, and promoting Souhoola’s finance solutions and products. The role involves meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and collaboratively working with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective implementation of solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Experience in sales, customer service, or account management, preferably in the financial services or retail sectors
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet sales targets
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the consumer finance industry and knowledge of installment payment solutions is a plus
