The Role
We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to join our outreach team. This is a "Voice-Heavy" role combining outbound communication and administrative precision. You will engage senior professionals, qualify them, and secure "credits" (appointments) for our consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Outreach: High-volume outbound calls (Target: 20 calls per hour).
Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls via Google Calendar.
CRM & Admin: Maintain 100% accurate records of all interactions.
Follow-Up: Manage email correspondence and re-engage cold leads.
Schedule & Hours
Mon – Fri: 9 hours (Scheduled between 8 AM – 10 PM).
Sunday: 4.5 hours.
Saturday: OFF.
Compensation (Paid Monthly via Bank Transfer)
Base Pay (Target Met): $300/month.
Base Pay (Below Target): $200/month (If credits are under 20).
Commission: $10 per credit earned (Paid on top of base).
Requirements
English: Near-native or Fluent conversational English is mandatory.
Experience: 0–2 years in outbound calls, appointment setting, or admin roles.
