About the job

Job Purpose:


The role holder is responsible for supporting the Corporate Strategy & Performance Manager in three main activities which include:

1.Corporate strategy development including sub-strategy development and establishing strategy activation plans.

2.Performance management including defining and measuring KPIs and developing corporate performance reports.

3.Business and operating model development including analyzing business development and their implications on business activities and developing recommendations on improving corporate business and operating models.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Assist Corporate Strategy & Performance Manager in the development of corporate strategy in coordination with Top Management including conducting business analysis, benchmarking, and related assessments.
  • Analyze approved corporate strategies and operating and business plans and proposed recommendations on activating the strategies including aligning current/future operating and business plans with the approved strategy.
  • Assist strategic projects through coordination with business units, data collection, analysis, and research to support the strategic projects.
  • Assist the development and execution of the business plan, fostering collaboration and alignment with HR, Finance, Project Management, and other relevant departments.
  • Assist in cascading the strategy to ensure everyone in the organization understands the bigger picture and how their work contributes to achieving the company’s goals.
  • Support the development of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Assist Corporate Strategy & Performance Manager in reviewing existing KPI’s, assessing areas of improvement, and defining updated KPI’s and targets based on the business development in line with the KPI cycle.
  • Collects data related to KPI’s and conducts KPI measurement including analysis of drivers of over/under-performance and recommend correction actions.
  • Assist in preparing annual and quarterly KPI reports for AIC board and top management in addition to the KPI reports shared with GAA in addition to management reports on key strategic initiatives.
  • Assist Corporate Strategy & Performance Manager in reviewing existing business and operating models and developing improvement recommendations.
  • Conducts research studies to analyze market, industry, and business activities and assess their implications on business and operating models.
  • Keep Track of market, industry, and business activities and provide insights to the executive team.
  • Assist in assessing and developing corporate-level policies and procedures including the alignment of corporate and business unit's policies and procedures.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/MIS/Economics/CS or any relevant fields.
  • From 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Professional certifications in Key Performance Indicators, Balanced scorecard, Strategy Execution are preferred
