Qualifications
Ensure the provision of level 2 technical and application support in a timely manner to all customers and the company’s service organization.
Ensure the provision of technical advice to customers, sales and customer service.
Prepare and create technical and sales offers for clients at market price level according to current sales policy.
Liaise with PBUs / Competence Centers/Logistics/Customer Service about pump assembly, product modifications, delivery, and commissioning.
Query customers, customer service and sales staff on technical requirements.
Carry out field visits to assist sales and customer service staff when required.
Carry out organization and provision of
application/technical training for customers, internal sales and customer service, by designing training courses.
Carry out when applicable documentation proof-reading in local language.
Contributes to the development of WILO’s turnover in own field of competence.
Your Profile:
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
2-5 years' experience in pump industry or related products and applications-specific knowledge.
Advanced technical knowledge of water pumping products, HVAC, Water Supply, Water Treatment, Automation.
Strong customer service focus, sense of urgency to meet or exceed customer expectations, and achieve daily commitments.
Proficient in the use of ERP systems, Microsoft Office including MS Excel, MS PPT, SAP and product sizing software.
