• Gather operational and technical requirements from relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and document Business Process models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and programming teams, financial sustainability and business development teams, and project management teams.
• Proficient in using various technical tools such as Jira, Visio, and Figma.
• Prepare professional presentations and reports.
• Document business requirements and use cases (BRD – Use Cases).
• Analyze the current state, including assessment of existing processes, beneficiary behavior, and service providers.
• Conduct benchmarking studies with similar experiences to identify best practices that can be applied to meet the needs of the target audience.
• Identify and analyze internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to designing the organizational structure.
• Participate in preparing and facilitating required workshops.
• Define and document the future state.
• Develop the final end-to-end user journey, from entry or initiation through goal achievement, and validate it prior to submission to the client.
