Support day-to-day L2 & L3 calls on the Azure platform and Windows Server issues.

Requires participation in an on-call rotation

Take problem resolution ownership and facilitate technical bridge during operational disruption in service or service outages

Monitor events, customer support calls in the call tracking system, return calls from customers, and enter new incidents or requests into Symphony Summit AI

Manage on-premises Active Directory, Azure cloud platform, Microsoft 365 services, and VMware virtualization environments

Experience in virtualization solutions like VMware, Hyper-V & Azure VM

Experience in the Azure cloud environment to Deploy, manage, and monitor virtual machines (VMs), networks, and storage solutions within Azure. 

Ensure optimal allocation of resources to meet performance requirements and cost efficiency.

Regularly apply patches and updates to Azure services and infrastructure.

Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security policies through Microsoft 365 Defender

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: 

Experience: 10 Years in Windows System Administration

Primarily Skills and Experiences:

• Administer and maintain on-premises Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and related services

Administer and maintain System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)

• Implement and manage hybrid identity solutions with Azure AD

•Implement and manage Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM)

• Manage Azure resources, including VMs, networking, storage, and security configurations

Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

• Perform regular firmware assessment and upgrade.

• Coordinate with 3rd party suppliers/vendors for the replacement of defective hardware on clients and servers as necessary.

• Update software and hardware inventory and documents.

• Provide scripts to automate regular tasks and jobs.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and its operations.

• Azure Cloud administration.

• Ability to work varying hours and shifts.

Expert knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, and VMware.

Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.

Education: -

A bachelor’s in engineering in Computer Science or Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and/or professional experience.للتقديم الان
