Job Description:

- Review and approve eligibility for all process applications, ensuring compliance with policies.

- Manage the distribution of resources to users, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

- Review and approve gift permissions, overseeing their distribution to eligible users.

- Monitor and optimize audition-related processes to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.

- Ensure all activities

comply with company policies and prepare reports to support decision-making.

Requirements:

- Skilled in Office tools (Word, Excel).

- Experienced in data processing and report creation.

- Strong document management and filing skills.

- Basic knowledge of business processes.

- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
