Job Description

Contact with clients to follow our service and to check the problems which they faced by using the devices .
Preparing the sheets of all data .
Determine the department which responsible to solve the client's problems ( Maintenance or Sales ) and follow with client until solving the problems .
Responsible for the training of engineers on the devices
Preparing the files of training
Attend the the training from the companies of new devices .

Job Requirements

B.Sc. of biomedical or electrical engineering ( 2023 to 2024).
1-2 years’ experience in maintenance of medical equipment.
Good communication skills.
Candidates must be residents of Giza
