Job Description

Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
Ensure materials are available to support uninterrupted production.
Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to improve efficiency.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers and transporters.
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems.
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Control obsolete, slow-moving, and damaged inventory.
Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff (supervisors, operators, forklift drivers).
Prepare work schedules and allocate resources effectively.
Conduct performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety policies.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
Develop and implement warehouse KPIs.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
Prepare and submit warehouse performance reports (inventory accuracy, OTIF, productivity).

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
5–8 years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Proven experience managing teams and warehouse operations.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, material handling, and warehouse systems (ERP/WMS).
