Job Description

  • Source, evaluate, and purchase IT hardware, software, licenses, and services
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
  • Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and warranties
  • Coordinate with IT teams to forecast technology needs and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, licensing agreements, and security standards
  • Research new vendors, products, and cost-saving opportunities
  • Resolve purchasing issues such as delays, discrepancies, or returns
  • Support audits by providing purchasing and asset documentation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, or IT asset management
  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and licensing models
  • Proficiency in procurement systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
