And we’ve partnered with one of the fastest-growing Construction-Tech platforms in the region to hire their first Lead Product Designer and lead the Design vision across multiple AI-powered B2B products.

They've just hired an incredible CPO who's now rebuilding their entire Product division from the ground up and they're now looking for someone who can truly own all things Product Design across the business.

👇 About the role:

• Manage and grow a small team of Product Designers (both UX and UI).
• Own and evolve a modern design system, reporting directly into the CPO.
• Lead end-to-end UX and UI for a suite of B2B + AI products.
• Drive design strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment. Clear path for progression into a Head Of role within 12 months.
• Elevate design quality and ensure consistency across all products.

✍️ Requirements:

• Strong B2B SaaS Product Design background.
• 2+ years line management experience of other designers.
• Experience with or exposure to AI related products (not mandatory).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

💰 What's on offer:

• Salary: 25k–30k SAR per month (plus package).
• Location: Riyadh (on-site 3/4 days per week).
• Relocation: Fully paid for and supported by the client for those of you who are moving to the region.
