Qualifications
- Process orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment
- Generate purchase orders and place the orders to the suppliers
- Prepares shipment documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Post, record & update the system with the sales & purchase invoices
- Streamlines shipping and transportation processes
- Liaise with other departments/customers/LSPs.
- Negotiate rates with the forwarders to reduce transportation cost
- Track orders to make sure they arrive at their destination on time
- Coordinate freight forwarder arrangements and customs document
- Letter of credit (L/C) handling, checking all L/C terms and conditions,
- Arrange product declarations with Customs via forwarder
- Handle the archiving of Order Management documents
- Liaise with PBUs / Competence Centers/Logistics/Customer Service
- comments to customers, preparing documentations for bank
- inventory reconciliation & other relevant reports.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration/Logistics/Supply Chain
- 5-10 years of experience in Logistics & Order Management
- Excellent command in spoken and written English
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Very good computer skills and knowledge (Microsoft 365)
- Strong customer service focus, sense of urgency to meet or
- exceed customer expectations, and achieve daily commitments
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
- Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Excel is a plus
