Context
We are seeking an accomplished Infrastructure Lead to join a landmark masterplanning project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have robust leadership and stakeholder management experience, with demonstrated expertise in managing both wet and dry utilities. Experience within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region and the ability to communicate in Arabic are preferred.
Missions/Main Duties
- Lead and coordinate all infrastructure activities, ensuring integration of wet and dry utilities across the masterplan.
- Act as the principal liaison between the project team, government authorities, utility providers, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and oversee the execution of infrastructure strategies, ensuring alignment with project deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary coordination between architects
