Job Description

- Support the sales team with technical and commercial documentation for bids and proposals.

- Review customer RFQs, technical specifications, and drawings.

- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and detailed proposals in coordination with estimation and engineering teams.

- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and company procedures.

- Coordinate internally to gather necessary inputs for timely proposal submission.

- Maintain accurate records of proposals, pricing, and customer communications.

- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis, especially focused on saudi market.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in civil

or mechanical engineering.

- 5 to 7 years of experience in a technical sales support or engineering role.

- Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: Steel Structures, Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Plate Works, Piping Spools

- Strong understanding of fabrication processes, project documentation, and estimation practices.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

- Experience with the Saudi Arabian market or Saudi clients is a strong plus.
