Responsibilities:

• Analyze current supply chain processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Implement and configure SCM solutions (ERP / SCM platforms)
• Lead or support supply chain modules such as:
• Demand & Supply Planning
• Procurement & Sourcing
• Inventory & Warehouse Management
• Manufacturing / Production Planning
• Logistics & Distribution
• Support data migration, system testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live activities
• Develop SOPs, process flows, and user documentation
• Train end users and provide post-implementation support
• Collaborate with IT, finance, operations, and external vendors
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and industry best practices
• Continuously improve supply chain performance using KPIs and analytics
