Automation Control DCS

Job Description

1- Operate, monitor, and maintain DCS systems for production processes.
2- Ensure the required product quality level (basis weight & humidity) according to approved specifications.
3- Monitor and optimize the efficiency of steam pressure and hood ventilation systems, ensuring achievement of set points.
4- Follow up and ensure proper operation of the vacuum system.
5- Start up and shut down the machine smoothly, achieving the required quality without delays.
6- Troubleshoot DCS and process-related issues to minimize downtime.
7- Modify and optimize control logic, alarms, and trends as required.
8- Cooperate with other departments and report any existing or recurring problems.

Job Requirements

1- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
2- Hands-on experience with DCS systems in an industrial environment.
3- Ability to read and understand P&IDs and control diagrams.
4- Ability to work in a manufacturing / industrial environment and shift system if required.
5- 2–5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing environment.
