We are looking for a Sales Team Leader Project Department to join our growing team and lead our sales force toward achieving targets and maintaining high performance standards, Team Leader Project experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Monitor daily sales activities and ensure proper follow-up with clients.
• Coach, motivate, and evaluate sales representatives performance.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management.
• Ensure adherence to company sales processes and policies.
• Coordinate with marketing and management to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate as Project Team Leader.
• Previous Project Team Leadership experience is a must.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
